Team coaching focuses on improving how an intact team works together in real time to achieve shared goals. The coach works with the whole team, and at times, including the leader—as a single system, helping them improve collaboration, trust, communication, decision-making, and collective performance. The aim is to strengthen the “we” of the team so they can function more effectively and deliver results together. We’ll concentrate on the skills and areas the team needs to develop to succeed.
Group coaching, on the other hand, brings together individuals who may not work on the same team but share similar roles, challenges, or development goals. Each participant works on their own growth journey while also learning from others in the group. This creates a rich environment for peer learning, accountability, and shared insight. Our focus will be on the group’s unique goals to help them thrive and excel.
