1. Myers-Briggs Assessment
Myers-Briggs is the worlds most widely-used personality assessment. This assessment focuses on self-awareness and the differences between people. Myers-Briggs breaks personalities into four dichotomies of Extraversion(E) or Introversion(I), Sensing(S) or Intuition(N), Thinking(T) or Feeling(F), and Judging(J) or Perceiving(P).
2. DiSC/DiSC 360
DiSC is a behavioral assessment that helps individuals understand their personality and communication styles. It is an especially helpful to understand how someone may behave and how they may be perceived by others. DiSC examines how individuals respond to challenges, influence, pace, rules, and procedures. Results are then categorized into four main types of behaviors including Dominance(D), Influence(I), Steadiness(S), and Conscientiousness(C).
3. Motivator
Whereas the DiSC Assessment predicts “how” someone will behave, the Motivator Assessment focuses on the “why”. The Motivator assessment is a tool designed to help individuals understand what truly drives their behavior and motivation, particularly in work settings. The motivator assessment measure seven dimensions of motivation including aesthetic, economic, individualistic, power, altruistic, regulatory, and theoretical.

5. EIQ (Emotional Intelligence) 360
The EIQ (Emotional Intelligence) 360 Assessment helps individuals better understand their motivations, emotions, and behaviors. The EIQ Assessment also helps you understand the areas in which your are emerging, growing, and thriving. This helpful tool utilizes information from six scientific and academic competencies: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, responsible decision-making, and motivation.
6. Leadership Effectiveness Assessment
The Leadership Effectiveness Assessment helps individuals identify strengths, areas of improvement, and potential for development. The key competencies assessed are often communication, decision making, motivation, delegation, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence.
7. Sales IQ Plus
The Sales IQ Plus Assessment is an objective analysis designed to map your knowledge of sales. It tells you where you are, why you are there, and how to improve based on your results. This assessment dives into eight primary sales competencies including preparing, targeting, connecting, assessing, solving, confirming, assuring, and managing.
8. Leadership Happiness Assessment

The Employee Happiness Assessment is a survey that evaluates and gauges employee satisfaction and engagement within the organization.
